Not sure why they have negative reviews.... Eileen is extremely patient and very helpful. She listens to your needs and wants then tries her very best to get it for you. My wife and I have enjoyed working with her! Very experienced & highly recommended!

Worked with a "top professional realtor" according to everyone except people involved on our side. Here is photo of trash left in the house after closing. Realtor did absolute minimum amount of work during process. Would never work with them again.

I absolutely adore Eileen and her incredible work ethic. I was looking for a house for my mom who was moving to the beach area and with one phone call to Remax, everything I could possibly need was handeled from then out. I am currently looking to buy for myself and I will not use anyone but Eileen. I cannot wait to work with her again. If you want a real estate agent with a team that oj's defense would envy then i highly recommend this company.

Horrible experience...do not use these people especially Michael Thomas. have not been able to get in contact with him for months. Him and his client still owe me my security deposit but of course when it comes time for anyone but himself to get paid he is no where to be found.

Steve Pate is a liar and a charlatan. In his initial meeting with you, he will slickly disguise the fee he owes to his broker as a "real estate transaction fee" and list it under your closing costs. In other words, you end up paying the standard 6% PLUS the broker fee. This is highly unethical and should be criminal.
