Shawn was great to work with from start to finish. We reached out to him because he was a top seller in our area, and he helped us over several months find a place in Minneapolis. 

This was our second home, but his calm, reassuring presence and expertise helped us navigate a competitive market and ultimately land a home we really love.

This may be expected this day in age, but he was responsive and communicated through text, which was really convenient!

We plan to be in this home for many years, but we'll definitely look Shawn up again when the time comes, and pass his name along to anyone looking for a great agent.

I had the pleasure of working with Shawn for the sale of our Condo, and Rick for the purchase of our new home. Both were invaluable assets for both transactions! Shawn's team does an excellent job helping you stage your home to prepare for listing. Providing an itemized list of what needs to be done. This was a huge help to us when we didn't have the time to figure out how to optimally stage our home ourselves. Shawn's team is always there to answer any questions you have at all hours of the day and night. I would highly recommend listing your home with Shawn, or purchasing a new home through his team.

I wasn't looking to buy, but having found a house that Shawn & his team were selling turned out to be a happy accident! He answered all our questions, never rushed us, and ensured a smooth home buying and selling experience from day one. His communication skills are impressive, always keeps you informed on what is to be expected, and easily navigates any minor hiccups that occur.

After having such a stellar experience I'll only use the Hartmann Team, and refer everyone to Shawn!

As first time buyers and with how competitive the housing market was, we were looking for three things in a realtor: 1. Knowledgable about the housing market 2. Great negotiator 3. Responsive and able to act quickly. We met with a few realtors and Shawn and his team blew away the competition in these three areas. Shawn and his team delivered on their promise and successfully guided us through a home purchase that we are extremely pleased with! Would definitely work with him and his team again.
