My husband and I looked at many houses before we found our home and John could not have been nicer. He was very patient and always willing to "keep looking" because I wasn't finding thee 1. When we found the 1, it was such a wonderful experience. You know, it's hard to say good bye to the house you have lived in for years, but Spara made it very pleasant. My parents have used them and lots of our friends, so if you are looking for a Realtor, please give them a call. John and Aimee are GREAT.......the company has been growing and they all are excellent at what they do!!

The home finding web tools are top notch! Answered all of my questions quickly and helped me above and beyond during my search. Aimee was also instrumental in a property I sold recently. She is the best in the biz!

As first time buyers in a brutally fast market, I fully expected a somewhat miserable and drawn out and possibly predatory-feeling experience in buying our home, but we found not have been more wrong or been luckier than we were to have ended up with Steve Anderson of Spara Realty as our realtor. Extremely friendly and adept at what he does, he definitely has a fresh, progressive and modernly relevant philosophy behind how he does business. He approached every aspect of our home-buying experience with care and attention to detail, from the first meeting, through the whole process, and all the way to after we'd moved in. He was always very transparent and clear with every step, had great insight and advice, and really went out of his way to make sure that we were informed and fully understood the process, as well as approached the whole thing with a wonderfully positive and personable attitude.

I could not possibly be happier with how great Steve was to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend him and Spara as a whole, because they have truly taken real estate dealings to a whole new level of service and personal treatment. In a market full of giants with old, stale business models, Steve and Spara Realty are truly a breath of fresh air.

From the first day my husband and I walked into Spara to discuss preferred neighborhoods, price ranges, and house styles up until the day we closed, Steve Anderson was professional, helpful, and on the ball. He gave us solid suggestions/things to think about throughout the home-buying process but without ever being pushy, and he was always available to answer our questions or alleviate concerns. With the search parameters in place, we were able to simply text or call Steve whenever a new house interested us, and he was incredibly responsive. This meant that when we really fell in love with a house, Steve made sure we were the first to view / first to put in a reasonable offer. Despite a particularly competitive market, we were holding the keys to our first house in no time. 

I am so grateful to Steve and Spara Realty for making our home-owning dream a reality. I highly recommend working with them, and if we ever decide to approach this process from the seller side, I know where we'll go!
