We recently bought and sold on a whirlwind timeline, and couldn’t have done it without Gina and Paul! They helped us sell within just a few days of listing after only one open house and a few showings. They’re fun, helpful, accessible, attentive, hardworking—all the things you’d hope to expect from an independent real estate team. We never felt like “just a number,” something I’d fear might happen with the big box agencies. We had MANY questions but they were so helpful and understanding. Oh and did you know that River Dog donates 10% of every broker admin fee to local charities? So cool. We couldn’t be happier with our recent move and are so thankful for Gina and Paul! For Saint Paul, I would only ever recommend River Dog.  They are hardworking, smart, local and “tuned in” to city living.  They made the process—dare I say it—fun.  And yet, when we needed them to be, they were true to their namesake: guarding our interests like a dog with a bone.  

Multiple moves over the past twenty years have taught us whom to trust.  We trust River Dog.  My great thanks to Gina and Paul in helping us find our home.

Gina and Paul at River Dog Realty were reliable, helpful, and trustworthy throughout my entire home buying process. Buying my first home in a hot market could have been very stressful, but Gina and Paul made sure that I was always well informed and did an excellent job negotiating with a tough seller. I feel like I got a great house for a great price!

I have all great things to say about River Dog Reality and their brokers/partners—Gina Fruncillo and Paul Olson! These two were instrumental in getting us out of a very sticky rental property. Quick close, no inspection and the uncanny ability to engage the buyers in a bidding war that pushed our selling price up saving us thousands while relieving us of a huge headache that could have easily turned unmanageable! A win for all parties around! Love these folks and am so fortunate to have met them!

We absolutely loved working with Gina!  She made thoughtful, reasonable suggestions for staging our home and took great pictures, which resulted in a full-price offer within 24 hours!  On the buying end, she was incredibly patient as we changed our search area multiple times.  We appreciated her honesty and humor as we viewed many homes before finding the right fit for us.  She also recommended excellent contacts for our inspection and financing needs.  Throughout the entire process, Gina's communication skills were top-notch; we hit a few bumps along the way, and she smoothed them out with clarity and class.  Thank you, Gina!
