I worked with Rob and had a great experience!  He loves looking at houses and knows all the nooks and crannies to look into to understand the condition of the home.  He also took the time to get to know me and that helped me find the perfect home... in a great location... in a place I love.  

He also helped me sell my home.  In doing so, he was proactive with the other agents.  Took time to follow up with them and listened to any concerns the potential buyer had.  This helped me address any concerns so that the home would sell.  

Rob was a great advocate for me in both the purchasing and selling process.  He advised me and let me make the decisions from there.  He had a good pulse on the mind of the other parties we were working with that resulted in getting a great home for a great price and selling my home for exactly what I wanted to get from the sale.

My wife and I worked with Rob... needless to say we had an amazing experience!!!! Rob helped us find the home that was right for us, and negotiated everything smoothly. Very professional and always accessible, that was a huge plus for us! From searching, to the signing, everything was a pleasant experience. Steve was an excellent realtor and the perfect person to help my wife and me find a home. We met Steve by chance at an open house when we accidentally arrived half an hour too early. Steve wasn't phased at all and welcomed us in despite our mistake. I guess everything happens for a reason  because we started talking and immediately clicked. We contacted Steve that evening and set up a time to meet with him again. Everything after that was smooth sailing. Steve seemed to understand right away exactly what we were looking for in a home. He is extremely knowledgeable about Saint Paul and the homes in the area. In addition, he was always available by call or text and could meet us at homes on very short notice. Once we found a home that we loved, Steve had no problems negotiating the things we really wanted into the deal. He even helped us get an air conditioner that wasn't originally negotiated in. If you are considering working with Steve, I can't stress enough that you should do it!

Rob has been great to us... both in buying our new (c1870) house and selling our old (c1901) house.

First the selling... He helped us set up some great searches that pointed us to a number of houses. On her own, my wife was searching too and found a couple of likely suspects. Rob got right on it, and would tell us "what's what" about the places...usually within the hour! When my wife found what eventually has become our new home Rob sprang into action and set the wheels of purchasing in motion.

I've been through that before, and it can be very, very, very painful. This wasn't. From start to finish paperwork showed up on time, we were pointed to the right people to help us with financing, and when the time came for closing it just took a half hour. Indeed, as easy as falling off a log!

After that, it was time to sell our old house. It's a lot easier to BUY a house that costs under $200,000 than to SELL one that costs more than twice as much! Rob worked with us, setting up open houses and marketing the place. It took a while, but it SOLD! All through the process Rob was a pleasure to work with.

It has been nearly two years since Steve helped me find my home. From filtering the properties he knew I would like, to finding an excellent home inspector that saved me from inheriting a potential money pit, he made it feel like I really didn't have to do anything at all.

From start to finish he provided a premier service that I appreciated greatly!
