Amazing service.  Fast, personable and great to work with. Tim came to our home on Sunday afternoon and worked diligently on addressing the issues.  I would recommend their service to anyone who is in need.

Set an appointment for a located.  Technician called and stated he didn't know when he could be to my home and wanted specific directions.  Charged $225 for a locate.  Office never called to schedule service.  I contacted them twice and was told sometime next week on each call.  Waste of time and money.

I contacted them on a Thursday morning to set up a septic inspection for the following week. Joe told me that it wouldn't be a problem and to call his office so they could put me in their books. When I called his "secretary", she said that they will call me back on Monday to tell me when they would be able to assess my damaged septic system. Monday 3:00pm rolls around and I haven't heard anything from them. I called and once more, I was directed to call the "secretary" by the owner. She told me that the plumbers were supposed to call me, so she said that she would remind them again. It is now Wednesday and no word from "UNready-Rooter". Poor communication, unreliable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time trusting these people.
