I am approaching my 2 full month of being a resident. It's a pretty nice place. They sponsored several free summer activities for the residents, which I thought was great. The staff is pretty friendly and maintenance's presence is visible. They respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests. Plenty of parking and landscape to allow children and pets to run around. Patios are a good size, too. Interior is decently spacious (2 bedroom) and hallways are kept up also. The property looks like the photos posted online. Key-entry (you have to get buzzed in if you're not a tenant) is a plus for me. Most anyone would enjoy being a resident in this community.

MICE! MICE! MICE! . Have told the front office several times but still have MICE!!! And I dont even have any furniture for them to hide under its hole in the walls of the kitchen. Cant wait to LEAVE! Glad my lease was only 6 months!

It's a cool place. Just not safe. My car has been broken into several times since I have lived there. The maintance is good. The come quickly. People in the community often come and dump trash in dumbsters. When they renovated the hallways my building wasn't and still isn't completed. It was paint all over my door and blotches throughout the building. I have been here 4 years but this will be my last.

The rent is to high for this complex. You see more tenants moving in that show very little concern for their environment. You see more trouble within the area due to the tenants whom are moving in. There should be a play area for small children besides the pool. The residents should automatically have a summer pass to the pool there should be no stipulations. There should be a place where there can be tenants meetings to voice their concerns of what is happening within their buildings and the area within a whole.

it's a great place to live, management handles any problem within 24 hours, the grounds are always clean, Jade and Christen answer all of my questions and are nice ladies, and my neighbors are all civilized people.
