Ron Borders real estate is retarded. I kept my apartment incredibly clean and got charged over a hundred dollars for them to clean the windows. Another hundred was taken out to clean the carpets in two small bedrooms. The rest of the apartment was wood floors. Over $300 in bogus charges to move out of my apartment.

Had a wonderful building / buying experience with Aija Shrader and Real Living.  She takes a full service, hands-on approach to every detail within the experience.  We actually felt comfortable using her to represent us - and the builder - at the same time.  We were building from another state, and she kept the pictures flowing, ensuring we had full view of the building process at all stages.  When we sell this home, we will use Aija for sure.
