I am truly grateful to have found my new apartment through Valdosta Properties. I had very little time to find an apartment and the staff did everything to quickly get my application approved, transfer utilities, and get me moved in. All of this was done within in a three day turn around period from apartment viewing to move in!

If you are looking for an apartment or home, I recommend the wonderful and professional services of Valdosta Properties.

Kayla and Krystal were so helpful and friendly while trying to help fix a bill error. They definitely made the experience a lot less stressful and made me want to use Valdosta properties again! Thank y'all so much for the help ladies! Y'all were awesome!

Also they helped jump my car off in the pouring rain!! They were such life savers! I'm not sure who the man was but he was great too! Love this place!!

The ladies here are excellent. I had a couple of days to find a home. These young ladies went above and beyond.

My experience at Valdosta Properties was very pleasant! The staff displayed patience and genuine concern for potential tenants. After leaving a local realty company where the staff was unconcerned and lack personable skills I was starting to lose hope in my house Search. However, Felicia took her time and throrougjly assisted me with making my final decision!! I am glad that I was able to do business with VP and hope to continue in the future!!

Valdosta Properties staff are all very helpful and professional. Always greeting you with a smile. I got to work with Krystal and she was absolutely the best, she walked us step by step through the process to get our house within a limited time frame. Awesome customer service!
