We rented from them, never had any issues with them as property managers during our lease. We payed each month on time and never needed them for repairs or anything, so didn't have much contact to speak of. However, when we were moving out I hired two different companies to come in and professionally clean the place and make minor repairs on the couple of things that were damaged and ended up spending $900 in order to deliver the house back in tip top shape, maintain positive renter's history, and get my $1350 deposit back. A month later, I got a check for $57 saying that the rest of my deposit went to painting and cleaning. This was after I told them that I was having everything professionally touched up already, showed them pictures of the place as I left it, and how much I spent to have it taken care of. I don't know why they felt the need to go in and do what I had already done and then charge me even more than what I originally paid, all I can say is that I was bamboozled because they knew this was my first time renting and that they could take advantage of me. I 10/10 would not recommend unless you are absolutely desperate and even then, don't expect to get your deposit back
