Reboot Computer Shop specializes in quality, refurbished desktop and laptop sales of both PC and Apple computers. All used systems we sell include a 60-day worry-free hardware warranty. We also carry pre-owned computer cables and accessories such as wireless routers, hard drives, monitors, keyboards and mice.

We are a full service repair shop, performing advanced system diagnostics and repairs ranging from laptop LCD screen repairs to GPU re-flowing. We offer a modest diagnostic fee that is waived if you chose to use our services. Prices are clearly displayed, and no work is ever performed without prior consent.

The gentleman that I worked with was incredibly friendly and happy to chat with a fellow computer/gaming nerd. I received great service at a fantastic price. They figured out my problem within a respectable timeline and now my comp is working just fine.

This place is great! Fixed my iPhone in 30 minutes no appointment! They even had a video game station to hang out at. Staff was super friendly! Unbeatable price will return!

I have been building and maintaining my own computers since 1993. Basically, I know computers. Reboot computers should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. The minute you walk into the door, the staff makes you feel like an old friend coming in. I am a gamer and as such, I have a gaming computer. My computer would not turn on and I found I did not have the tools necessary to diagnose the issue. So, I took my computer to Reboot. Turns out I needed a new motherboard. That also meant that I needed a new CPU and new memory. While they did give me back my computer in working condition, they missed a lot of the little things that would make me give them 5 stars. First off, they did not install my sound card drivers, so when I got home my computer had no sound. Secondly, they installed a new copy of Windows 10 Pro. The copy they installed had a ton of bloatware on it. Lastly, they had told me that in order to get the memory working, they had to update BIOS. Well, I noticed that the BIOS had never been updated at all. So, it seems that there was either a miscommunication or I was lied to. Due to BIOS not being updated, I ran into a lot of errors that forced me to do a clean install of Windows. While I would LOVE to give them a 5 star review, I do not feel like I can due to not receiving a computer that was FULLY up and ready to go.

They stand by their work, very reasonably priced as well. They dont have a ton of staff but have always been timely in fixing my items. If I am confused, they explain details to me in terms a low tech savvy individual can understand. If there was a problem after a fix, they have taken care of the issue at no extra charge to me. I highly recommend them.
