We booked two rooms for two days for Auburn Mississippi State game.  Initially, because rooms had been closed up, a little musty, but once we got air running this place was very decent.  There were no bugs whatsoever, the rooms and grounds were very clean.  Yes it is old and dated but for $89 versus $189 for a hotel right across the street I would stay here.  We tailgated, there were no loud patrons or excessive noise.  We all had a good experience, a place close to Auburn to lay our heads down after a great day of football.

I will not be returning here or recommending this hotel. I asked for a non-smoking room and the room reeked of nicotine, clearly it was not a non-smoking room. There were bugs in the room, dirty towels, a centipede in the shower,  and did not have a fridge. They do have rooms with carpet and a fridge. The manager was rude and unapologetic. He told me because I booked an hour ahead of time that he would not put me in a new room and tried to give me ice so I could keep my food cold. Ice will melt and my food will be at a dangerous temperature. There are bugs in the room. I DIDN'T WANT MY FOOD EXPOSED! What an awful experience.

This place is cheap, but the rooms are sometimes dingy, and the staff isn't too kind
