I used to love Chinese food, but must have had too much of it at one point in my life and for several years did not want to eat it. Recently I've been craving it so last week my husband and I were looking for a highly rated Chinese restaurant. My husband found Red Ginger so we decided to try it. We were not disappointed. Everything we ate was wonderful. I ordered hot and sour soup (possibly equal to the best I have ever had), spring rolls (very good, with a light and crispy wrapper and a tasty filling) and the Crispy Shredded Beef which was delicious. Husband had a pork dish that he liked. They deliver to our house, so we will definitely order from them. They do not serve alcohol and they serve their food in take out containers -- which seemed kind of weird, but worked just fine.

Great little take out. They make tofu sing (I am not usually a fan) and a fabulous hot and sour soup which happens to be veggie. .I'm an omnivore, but this place will widen your horizons
