It was okay but the overall dining experience has changed over the past 20yrs. Red Lobster has become to commercialized like other fast food chains. The only saving grace is the biscuits they serve. Absolutely fantastic.... try not to consume too many before the main meal, they will leave you stuffed.

Endless shrimp! Nashville hot mediteranian hand battered scampi and with Alfredo and pasta! Oh what a fantastic meal! Word of advice order your next choice as soon as they put your food down in front of you . . . They take their time with the refills. The staff are friendly and very helpful food is great and the wait for a table is usually not very long.

I called in a order for pick up yesterday afternoon. So once I picked up my order, and I'm on my way home, my bank transaction comes through on my phone and I realize that there ways $4 extra added to the price of my food from what was on the receipt and what I was told the total was, even after me informing them I will not be tipping on the signed receipt. I was highly upset because if the employee took it upon their self to tip for me after me stating no tip, that's it theft! I called to speak to the manager asap, whom which was very unprofessional, the issue wasn't solved, all she had to say was to come back with the receipt in 7-10 business day and then she would issue me a $4 refund if the amount of the transaction doesn't change on my bank statement. The $4 is just at lost right now cause who will have the time to come back then, and who will even remember to come back then! It may just be $4 to them but its my hard earned money, never again, avoid this happening to you! Would have given no stars if it was possible!

My friend and I went in there and were treated like queens. Food was great. The waiter Quran G did a stand up job. Had a great time.

Server was inattentive, no tableside manner. One server was on the phone while on the floor facetiming. My order came out wrong then he took it back 10 min later he arrived back with the same food... and not even reheated. It was all of 10 people in the restaurant. Usually it is great service... very disappointed. Edited... per my girlfriend the manager was very apologetic and covered my meals.
