Decided to go here before visiting a local movie theater. There staff at this location are courteous and mindful. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. Our waitress was amazing in every way. Sounds like a perfect visit but I gave 4 stars due to the unclean bathrooms. My girlfriend stated the women's bathroom was also gross. I will definitely continue to eat at this location though.

I worked there for several years right after the Colonial Heights location opened. I still love the Appetizers, salads and soups. Entrees have definitely taken a huge dip in quality, especially considering the prices. I can get a better steak at a better price elsewhere. But I have yet to find a place that makes better cheeses fries, coconut shrimp, or potato soup. Can't comment on desserts bc I'm not a dessert person so haven't had them since I stopped working there.

Been a long time since we have eat here. Service was great. Had steak and shrimp and both hit the spot. Will come back.

Went last Saturday with 5 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3 to 9 years old. Service was fantastic! Excellent waitress. Her name was Kenya (I hope I am getting that right) who handled our party of 10 like it was a table of 1! Correct orders and checks!!! Also want to mention the manager, Justin. We were celebrating our daughter getting perfect attendance and asked if he could surprise her with the certificate and flowers that we bought. Not only did he present it, he did it with lots of excitement. My kindergartener was elated!!! We have probably been to Outback hundreds of times and this was by far, the best overall food and service experience we've had.

The A/C being broken should have been our first clue. Stuff happens, but we soldiered on. They were out of prime rib at 5:30 on a Sunday. After we reordered, they brought out some nicely cooked steaks but the veggies were dry. The garlic mashed potatoes were cold and bland. This surprised us because it was 90 degrees in the restaurant. The waitress wasn't bad but management seriously dropped the ball. We were not comped anything and we left feeling miserable.
