Second time coming, waited far to long for us to even get our orders taken and took a long time to get our drinks. Not many people here at all.. The customer service is ratchet. Will not be coming here EVER again. Got here at 2:10 and still no food in sight. Place needs a new manager. The thing is...if the food is gonna be late...because of whatever reason just be sure to inform your customers. Clearly common sense is not used at this place and neither is a comb.

Arrived to a waiting list, we left our name for a table of three. The hostess informed us it would be a 10-15 minute wait. There were a lot of empty tables, a few employees standing around talking. We were finally seated roughly 15 minutes later, waited another ten minutes before our waitress was over to take our food order. While waiting another 50+ minutes to get our food, we were sat at a very sticky table top. The ceiling vents were dirt filled all around them, looked like they have not been cleaned in a very long time. We left when the wait for our food 1 hour. Although our server was nice we never received our food so we left. It's unacceptable to wait that long. Our food order was not difficult and there wasn't many tables sat.

So when I first step in, I didn't see a host/hostess. I time my wait, and check my surroundings. I notice an African American woman sitting on the table. I didn't know what she was doing. Then there were a big family waiting for their food. After a minute of waiting, that same African American woman turn out to be the host. It annoys me a little she wasn't at the post all the time, but eh, as long as the mission get done. I've been given a menu and just in a min or less, the waiter came. It was fast. He have taken my order professionally. Of course, it was understandable that I have to wait for my food for the time being since there was a family waiting in front me. Once I got my food, I very much enjoyed it after my work out. The waiter have been checking on me and the other customers. Once I have finished eating, it was the same situation on the beginning, still fast. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Got seated at 1130 ordered two omelets wife and I and it's 1230 and still have not got food yet. Ask for water and no lemons, got 3 lemons in each glass. And the excuses just kept coming.

We waited 15 minutes after being seated to order our drinks. We wanted to order our food then as well, but she ran off. We waited 50 minutes to receive our food. Food was hot and good, but service was horrible. Waitress was also acting manager, so she was doing too much. When we left, we saw 3 of the kitchen staff and 2 of the wait staff standing outside smoking...guess we know why the food took so long! Restaurant itself was gross. Definitely not going back. Each time we've been there, it's been similar experiences, but this was the worst. Not sure why we kept going back...
