Visiting while on business on a Saturday evening. The staff was excellent, and the food (quality and portions) was even better. I was extremely impressed all the way around. I'm always glad when my girl is with me, and we hit up a new place for dinner, and the experience is phenomenal. Thanks to the entire staff at Los Bandidos. The next time we're in Colonial Heights, we will be back!

We had a party of 8..have spent a large amount of money prior to this visit..always with a large group..food and service has been good..until this visit. My husband did not get his meal. Everyone eating except him. We could not find waitress. After about 10 minutes we asked a waiter passing by for his meal. Several minutes later we were all done eating and he still did not have his meal. Finally a manager..i assume came by and we told him and asked to please package his meal to go. Then later ..the lost waitress brought his to go meal. She did not apologize at all and his order was wrong. Very bad service. We will find somewhere else to have our expensive dinners out!

The food is fine and the drink prices are good. However, the service is just awful! No attentiveness or anything. It's like they are just existing there. If you want a big margarita for a good price and to be treated like a second class citizen, then this is the place for you. If you like to be left alone then you hit the jackpot.

Great food and very attentive staff. Would have given 5 star review, except for the strangest thing happening while there. While we were mid-meal a woman approached us with some stuffed animals. The woman handed me a note card that read, "I'm a single mom of 6 children. Anything helps." My problem is not that this woman needed assistance, my problem is I watched her approach all of the booths and ask the patrons, most of whom were understandably uncomfortable looking, to make a purchase. When I asked my waiter about it he said "she comes here sometimes" and did not do anything to stop her from approaching all of the customers. When I declined buying her stuffed animal she gave me a really sad face and walked away. If they allow this, I won't be returning. I fet like I had panhandlers approaching me in a restaurant and no one cared. Super weird.

This is a great place to eat service is great. Prices are just right for the servings you get
