I had the clam chowder and mini Lobster roll. The soup was average, nothing special. The Lobster roll was not what I expected. The lobster roll was hot and served on Texas toast bun. I hate to be negative but I've had a better Lobster Roll from my local market.

My friend had the lobster Lover's Dream. The lobster was prepared to Perfection for her and it was very flavorful.

My other friend had the pic 2 for $13 .She  really enjoyed the wild rice and maple glazed chicken. Service appear to be a little slow today however overall the food was ok.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the waiter was nice. The food, not so much. The crab legs were cold and not fresh. When we said they weren't hot he said he would get us new ones. He didn't. He reheated the old ones. The mashed potatoes were lumpy cold and dry. The fried shrimp were rubbery. The scampi was rubbery. The lobster came out later than the meal and was also rubbery. The chowder was ok. Not really seasoned. Another table ordered the fillet mignon. When it came out the guy asked if they brought him the wrong steak and the manager assured him that was the fillet. Then later the waiter asked him how his food was and he mentioned again that he got the wrong steak. That it wasn't a fillet. The waiter was like oh no no that's the right steak and ran away. The guy was an older guy. Did they really think they could pull a fast one? Weird. Anyway we won't be back to this red lobster. The only thing fresh were the biscuits.

I've been here 3 times with my girlfriend and the food has always been great same with staff. One time they did mess something up with the order (which was small) and they gave us a discount! Talk about customer service.

Food was fine - pretty much what you'd expect from chain restaurant seafood, but the service was awful even though they weren't very busy.

Excellent food and service.  Ask for Annie's section, she's great.  I usually rate the food as good, but everything I had tonight was spot on. Will definitely return.
