So far, my experience in most averagely priced restaurants, the food is not usually hot.  In fact, room temperature is the norm, with fries which have been sitting out too long maybe or maybe not under a heat lamp.  Burgers ordered medium rare tend to come out medium well at best, well to seriously dried out more often.  I wen to NY a few months ago and had forgotten what it was like to get food that was still steaming.  All this is said to praise Fair Oaks' The Cheesecake Factory.  I didn't specify crispy fries (I do this to ensure them to be hot), but they were hot right down to the last fry.  The medium rare burger was exactly that.  And, yes, hot.  The staff was ver courteous and attentive.  The decor is a bit "Warehouse" for me, but then again, it is a mall, and not a high end steak house!  They do fill up, so this size is actually a necessity.  It might not be if things didn't work as well as they do.  On another note, it also seems to be very consistent, which is no easy task.  Kudos.

This was my first time at the Cheesecake Factory, and it was a great experience:  The painted ceilings, potted plants, and distinctive wall sconces contributed to a clean and whimsical interior.  Our waitress was very professional, and the food was presented attractively as well.  We got a club sandwich, sangria, and the caramel cheesecake.

Another great experience at the Cheesecake Factory, this time I sampled the fish n chips; they were very tender and cooked to perfection. My server, I believe his name was Cameron, was extremely attentive and took excellent care of us. Will be back

Absolutely terrible experience. 

I decided to give Cheesecake Factory another try and unfortunately it was was a terrible experience.  The service was awful.  They couldn't care any less about our party.  At one point we asked our server, Randy, if we could have drink refills.  Keep in mind that we were a party of 7.  He proceeded to pick up two cups and fill them with warm water, place them on the table and left for another 20 minutes.  Worst service I have had in a while.  Stay away.

The atmosphere here is great! I've been coming to this location for quite some time and I am never disappointed! I'm a picky eater so I always ask servers questions about which they prefer over the other and they always help me make delicious choices! By far my favorite cheesecake factory location 😊
