Love me some Red Robin. Especially now that they are rocking the new BBQ Boss burger. I've tried just about every burger from San Diego to Washington DC and I would confidentially say this burger is the best burger I've eaten in, well, forever.  Top this baby off with endless fries and a couple tall brews and youve got a meal to write home about. This place is always slammed with customers but I like to sit at the bar so I   never have to wait for a table. Callie, the bar tender, is my favorite server so I try to sit in her section every time I go. If you're lucky enough to get her as a server and/or bar tender, you are guaranteed an enjoyable experience. I think she is a mind reader or she's just girl is on top of it! I never have to ask her for anything because she always 2 steps ahead and has what I need in front of me before I even think to ask. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've read some of the other reviews, and YES, there definitely is a need for speed in getting people to tables. More training is needed. The food has always been really good. A GREAT old Fashioned Chocolate Shake🍔🍟burger & fries. Great Onion rings! Needs freshening up, it feels a little shabby, but still fun for a quick bite👍🏼😎

Literally every single time I've been to this Red Robin, I've had to wait for what seems like forever to have our server simply come to my table to introduce themselves. Not cool.

Food isn't bad, but the wait... Really? And why did you stop offering to bring me more "Bottomless Steak Fries"? I'm sure this has everything to do with management. And whenever I ask for more, I feel like I'm burdening the server.

Things to improve on:
1. The wait to simply be greeted by your server once seated.
2. Server speed, but don't push the servers too hard to the point where they just want to quit. That will obviously get you no where.

I love me some Red Robin. But that being said, this location is kind of hit or miss on wait time and quality.. sometimes we go and everything is super fast and sometimes it takes forever and we ask where our food is multiple times. The servers are ALWAYS nice though so they have that going for them. Their fries are delicious, IF they're hot and fresh. When they come out cold, you might as well throw them out. Overall I love the food but you just have to go the right time of day I guess.

Saw manager clearing tables at a relatively busy time today to help other staff. That was after he checked in on us. Perfect experience. Great food. Very well trained staff. No complaints.
