It was okay, I don't seem to have the best of luck at Red Robin anymore, my food was incorrect, they fixed it and brought another, but they charged me for the incorrect one as well on the bill. Everything I'd ask for I would have to ask again to multiple people (sauces, fries...). I understand when it's busy but write things down if your going to forget. I don't mind waiting for my food which I did but I shouldn't have to wait for sauces and such to eat with my food. My food gets cold by the time they bring that stuff out. Update 03/20/2018 Awesome service today at Red Robin! Our server was Thomas, he was very attentive and just so nice and friendly. I hope he sticks around he is a great asset to the team at this Red Robin. Changed my review to 5 stars. =)

This review has been edited multiple times as I enjoyed my dining experience and atmosphere, but the ending of it deflated my thoughts on the experience. The front house staff and food were very good, until a booth next to mine shattered a glass on the floor, and some of the glass came into my booth while me and my date both were wearing sandals. Both servers and the front house manager came over and profusely apologized to the table that broke the glass, but did not check on my booth at all, until I flagged down the bus boy sweeping to get the glass out of our booth. I am keeping this at 1 star because guest safety oversight is such a big concern, it's like they wanted to save face / avoid conflict at all costs, which begs the question if they dropped my food in the kitchen would they just pick it back up to avoid conflict of telling me they need to remake it? The food and service were good, but the broken glass incident really showed the entire staff's true colors. I have served / cooked for 10+ years at similar chain restaurants, and this is a huge red flag to me, this is a place to avoid!

One of my favorite places to eat! The burgers here are awesome and most all are served with bottomless steak fries. Go early because it's always busy. My one complaint is, the lighting sucks. If you sit in a booth, odds are it's going to be a darker spot.

Great place. Had a kicking Teriyaki chicken sandwich that was zesty in all the right places. Above average service, but the main attraction is the endless steak fries! Like what?! No other place I know does that outside of like, endless shrimp or wings? Would recommend - enjoyed my time there.

Awful chicken teriyaki w/pineapple. The meat was hard. It appeared as if boiled then rolled across a grill to show skid marks... Pineapple was also hard & not juicy. Wait staff were maxed out. Time from order placed to delivered a good 25+min. Others at my table were pleased with their meals. Asked that my meal be removed from bill, it was not done until I asked several times. Can't recommend this place.
