Very clean rooms! The staff is not very friendly. I came in a couple hours early check in and the desk person responded rudely "check in is at 3pm". Main hallways could be better maintain. Thin walls too. You can hear everythingfrom the other rooms.

Room was clean. Was extremely expensive for just the room even though it was season there no coffee pot in the room it was a community center coffee pot. Was quoted one price over the phone when made reservations and was quoted another price when I drove 5 hours to actually get there on the Friday afternoon and probably no rooms left in that area so I didn't have much of a choice except to take it. But I'm really glad it was very dog friendly in that made up with the rest of it

We chose this because of their very friendly pet policy. Hotel staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were still in need of minor repairs from Irma but nothing severe.

I started out with (2) nights stay and was very happy. I extended my stay 
for (3) more nights and was still very satisfied. Due to unfinished business
situation, I extended my stay again for (5) more nights. The hotel general 
manager, Mr. Laurent treated me very generously by discounted "each"
extensions of my stay. The discounted price made a very big difference 
and leaves a very good feeling. The general staff are friendly and kind
people. Because I had a very welcome experienced at this Red Roof Hotel,
I decided to signed-up for its loyal RediCard member to earn reward points

Smells of cheap cleaning chemicals . Furniture worn out . I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived. Felt interogated at front Desk . Would have left if I had not already paid. Worried about safety of myself and auto. There's not much choice here in Ococee and paying over $100 for this room is very over priced should have stayed at Marriott Fairfield Inn up the road live and learn. Edit to this after an hour asked to have room changed, Front deskclerk said they had none. And he could not leave desk to investigate,  Fumes overwhelming started to get nautious had to leave checked out n one hour. Big mistake. Tried to call owner next day no response apparently comes in once a week . Mr Patel /Sent email no response / Response from owner who emailed me even ruder then Carlos manager . Finally I resolved matter thru American Express.
