Rooms are really nice. Customer service at front desk was excellent. When we asked for directions or suggestions for eating they were spot on. Remember this is a military base & closed to the public. I was very surprised to see all the different uniforms from foreign countries. Would I stay here again if in the area, without a doubt.

Excellent facilities and service. Quiet place with plenty of room for two in the room. Has a business center with computers and printers. Gym is so inclined. Starbucks and craft bar in lobby. Commissary and BX are first class, of course... USAF. Didn't use the golf course. Beach available onbase. We'll be back.

Stayed at MacDill TLF last night. Nice room with minimal supplies. Small frig with tiny freezer, comfy (but Double?! Are you kidding me!?) bed. Has coffee machine in room with Starbucks coffee. Room, despite being close to flight line, was very quiet. Not dark, because of window curtains. Room was clean & has closet. We asked for---didn't get---wake up call (although told we'd get one). Has a small bar in lobby that appeared to be O.K. Has virtually NO Gluten Free foods at snack bar (Kind bars & hard boiled eggs, were all), but does offer Starbucks coffee. Nothing offered for breakfast, referred us to mess hall. Since we didn't get wake up, it was closed. Laundry (coin) for guests. Elevators to each floor, stairways & long halls, the way it is laid out. Carpeted floors in halls to keep noise down. Parking is across street, unless you are handicapped or "Distinguished Visitor." Good Place to stay in Tampa if you are eligible.

Very clean and large rooms, complete with a Starbucks and world of beers! Very easy access to parking, running trail right across the streets. Highly recommend

All together I’ve stayed off and on here about 40 days over the past year or so. Never have an issue. They always make sure to take care of you regardless of rank or status. Great location. Short distance to Gym, DFAC, and BX. The Starbucks and bar inside the Inn is also a major plus.
