The sales associate was super friendly and helpful In helping me get boots for my funny sized feet. When I need  new boots I will definitely come back.

The staff was rather rude. They told me that they returned my husband's boots to Red Wing (or wherever they got the boots) BEFORE they carefully checked the inventory. The boots were there, in their store, fully paid by us, and no refund was made to us. I wish Red Wing sells their boots online for at least long-term customers or I do wish my husband finds something else but Red Wing boots.

I have purchased 3 sets of boots through this store (2 for myself and 1 for my wife). every time that I stop in to pick up boots or socks or oils for my boots the staff are always so inviting and polite. very well run and very clean store. the quality of the boots has been outstanding and they also cover a lot of the repairs and all the treatment of your boots if you bought them here. also they sell some of the most comfortable socks I have ever worn.
