The staff member that helped me out was very friendly, knowledgeable, and spent way longer making sure the footwear fit than at any shoe store I'd been to before.  Place was clean and organized inside.  They also had some nifty devices to find the proper insole for my foot.

If you need high quality American made boots/shoes this is the place to go.  You will be paying a good price for what you get nothing good comes cheap here.

They have a discount rack in the back of this store I always have to check out when I am up that way. I have better luck getting a good boot out of the back than the front of the store. Just remember no returns on those sales.

This store is also an outlet, meaning they have lots of discounted, discontinued shoes. Great selection of shoes and everything else Red Wing makes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Both of the people working there were were very knowledgeable about fit, features, history, reputation, quality, and we're able to answer every question I had. They impressed me as being real pros, not just college kids working a summer job. I had a great experience here and will be back.
