I can only say that once again I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. This is my 3rd pair of Red Wing boots that I’ve bought from Grant, He is completely knowledgeable of all the Red Wing products and has Amazing Passion for his job and for Red Wing Boots, I could easily shop right here in Florence where I live but would rather drive to Eastgate to make my purchase. Grant and his associate are just really friendly and enjoyable to talk with and such a great help that I cannot imagine going anywhere else to buy my Red Wing Boots, do yourself a favor and shop with these guys and make a friend and get some Great Quality American Footwear.

I've been 7 ways of estatic about the service received at this store. I've purchased about 8 pairs of boots from this location. Andy and his guys really take the time to get you the best products on your feet. Absolutely world class. I wouldn't get anything less than a redwing boots from this store.

I 've been purchasing Red Wing boots for fifty years and always thought of it as an investment in quality, craftsmanship,  and above all service both at point of sale and after the sale.  This store and Andrew set the standard for customer service.  A great experience!!!!!! Shopping at small stores like this one with confidence is why stores like this are the back bone of this country.  Buy your Red Wings at this store you won't be disappointed.  Thanks again Andrew for the great service.

Helpful and polite staff.  Helped me find the right footwear and ordered them to be delivered to my house do to them not carrying my exact size.

They are amazing nice ppl ill be comeing here from now on for all my boot and shoe needs friendly and kind lost my work boots came in bear foot  left red wing with two pairs trust me there great atlest this 1 is and shoes prove them selfs if not the amazing staff will fix it   and make sure your happy ty my local redwing
