I'm exceptionally disappointed with the service I was given by what is supposed to be one of the leading boot companies in the country.  

I ordered my boots on the 26th of November, 2014 and were JUST DELIVERED yesterday, January 16th 2015 (thanks to numerous phone calls that I had to make to push things along).  The boots were delivered from their Minot location.  I could have honestly walked to Minot from Grand Forks in less time than it took for them to deliver.

Upon receiving my notification that the boots had finally arrived in Grand Forks, I drove to the store to pick them up... But they were nowhere to be found.  After glancing at their inventory list, I actually just found them myself.  

This is not my first poor experience with their store.  I feel like the store manager, Brad, should be rather ashamed for the poor performance of an establishment that advertises themselves as the best in the business.

There are many other work wear dealers in the Grand Forks/East Grand Forks area who are far more enthusiastic to have your business.
