They only have one option of women's boots for my company's list, so I had to go with a men's boot and I had to purchase a $200 boot that doesn't fit right because they didn't have the size. Unfortunately, my company only goes through this dealer and the women's boot they had was the one I had fall apart in less that 2 years. I live 2 hours away, so I had no choice. They need to have smaller men's sizes if they are going to have one option for women, so that way we have more options. I had to settle for an over priced, too big, painful boot. I think next time I won't go through my company, and I'll buy a boot somewhere else out of my own pocket.

Salesman Dan is not a patient or customer service driven person.  It was very obvious he had zero patience for anything but a lay down sale.  I have owned 2 pair of red wing boots and I have never had a bad experience until this new management and salesman took over.  I guess I will just buy online from now on.

Let me be clear up front, my problem is not with the store or its owner/salesmen. Ive purchased both a pair of steel toed boots, and aluminum toed shoes for use in a diesel shop. Mind you, these purchases were both made within the past year. The shoes have degraded so much to the point where I can not wear them, and the boots have had to be repaired three different times, all of which were issues with craftsmanship. I do not feel that a $225 pair of work boots should have to be repaired so often, let alone within the first year of purchase. I will not be purchasing redwing boots again, nor will I recommend them to a friend. I am thoroughly disappointed, for my wolverines and ariats have gone through far more abuse and have NEVER needed a repair.

Very well made work boots. They carry the high end Heritage shoe line, Red Wings, Worxx, and Fox Trotters. Safety toe and soft toe boots. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. They have custom insoles, socks, belts, wallets and shoe care accessories. Also, if they don't have your size they will order it for you. Highly recommend for your work boots!
