I went in this store today 12/20/17 to purchase a pair of boots for work, Jack had just finished with a customer and I waited for him, there was another gentleman working with another customer who was about done with his sale.  Jack started helping me and all was well until a Caucasian woman came in 20 minutes after me, he turned his back to me and said, Hi may I help you? he went to her aid and I'm sitting there with my boots all the while there was another man that could have helped this woman.  Then to make matters worst, he offered me a 12% discount, I said everyone else is giving my company 15% discount, then he so graciously offered me the 15%.  I bought the boots and foot inserts, I'm going to buy another pair from another store and return these.  I'm done.

The customer service is horrible, i came in here a few times already and I was treated bad all the time. I am never going to go back to this store ever again. Not a good selection of boots either.
