Having a short wide foot, men's size 10 4E, I have had trouble finding shoes since I was a teenager. I especially have never trusted online purchases because I have been burned before bye shoe manufacturers that call a men's wide, 4E. I have found the place where I will now buy all of my shoes! A Perfect Dealer, Inc. is Simply Amazing! Easy shopping, great customer service, super communication, fast free shipping! Top-notch, all the way!

I placed a large order on New Balance's website (not A Perfect Dealer's), the order arrived missing 5 items; I attempted to call New Balance's customer service, which was closed for the Holidays (I attempted to call on New Year's Eve-Eve mind you - the 30th). The next number I found online was for A Perfect Dealer, I called and the owner picked up; I asked if he could help me with my situation. While the owner couldn't help with my situation (because I hadn't ordered through A Perfect Dealer), he was extremely empathetic to my frustrations, answered all of my questions, told me when I could contact New-Balance directly again, and apologized for New Balance. He could have easily told me that I had to contact New Balance directly, and hung up. I wish I could've returned my entire order and placed it with A Perfect Dealer instead.

In speaking with the online rep. he said that my 608's size 8/4x wide would be in stock starting in November.  That is wonderful news since I cannot find anywhere where they make the version one 608's.  This is such a relief, thank you!

I ordered New Balance shoes  that were too wide and received a return label for the old p air of shoes FREE of charge after receiving the smaller size 30+ days AFTER receiving the smaller size. Larry and Barry the owners were very helpful in providing recommendations to help reduce the "squeek" sound at the bottom of my newer replacement shoes/product. I'm still wearing these shoes right now as I'm leaving this review. GREAT service. GREAT product.

This,is a great business. Helpful staff who are always polite and respectful. Great policy regarding returns/exchanges- I  had to  do this only once and it was a complete hassle free pleasure. I go nowhere else for my footwear needs. Thank you folks! Keep it up!
