I brought my son here for his first pair of work boots. He's on the autism spectrum and asks thousands of questions. The folks here were wonderful! A woman helped us, got his correct size, answered his questions, and found the perfect pair of boots for him. She was direct about how they would feel for the first few weeks and helped him learn how to lace them properly. He's had the boots for over a month now and says they are very comfortable and his lower back and feet no longer hurt. Can't say enough good things about this store! We'll be back.

When I walked in the selection didnt appear to be too big, but they ended up having enough choices to suit my needs. The customer service rep explained what he was doing, was quite knowledgeable about the shoes, and helped measure my feet. He also stayed patient and attenrive as I tried on multiple pairs of shoes (sometimes twice). I will definetly return to this, or another Redwing, for my next pair of safety shoes/boots.

The man helping me find the right pair of boots was very helpful. It's a pain how far it was but hopefully these boots are worth it.

Purchased a pair of 3548s and the warmest part of my body for the remainder of the winter was my feet. Only a single pair of regular socks was needed to wear in these boots. I have worked two blizzards in them as a snow removal supervisor and I could not have asked for a better boot, well worth the $280 price tag. As for customer service it is always outstanding and I feel welcome coming through the door and Mckyle was very helpful in the decision of winter boots! Thank you Red Wing!
