I worked in healthcare for over a decade.    I have high expectations as a patient and this practice consistently exceeds my expectations.  In contrast to typical eyeglass stores that seem to have an optometrist only to determine what they can sell you,  Reed Eye is a medical practice first that also has an "Optical Boutique" on site so you can fill your prescription.   Dr. Trivedi is second to none in terms of professionalism, competence and generally being a nice guy.   Every optician I've encountered has been friendly, efficient and competent.  Frame adjustments are done right the first time and lenses are installed in frames quickly and securely.    My experiences at their Pittsford location have never disappointed and I recommend them without hesitation.  My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider extending the hours for the Optical Boutique a bit later in the evening a few more nights a week.

If you like being treated like cattle and overpaying without any personal service whatsoever, then this place is for you.
