He is truly the best pain doctors I have seen actually he's one of the best doctors around. He is very concerned with every patient he takes his time and he listens he's an awesome doctor. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Doctor is very easygoing​. Had a great experience and the Secretary gets back to you surprisingly quick! Great place!

Dr. Vilensky has been wonderful to me , I've been seeing him for about 3 months and he has made me feel like I have hope for my pain. I suffer from 3 back surgeries, and he is trying to find any way possible to keep me comfortable. Funny , nice , caring . Very clean . The girls are all wonderful. Very happy with them .

If I could give a minus I would, they accepted me as a new patient.A month later only to be told a month later according to a office person whose name begins with "L" they no longer take Blue Cross Blue Shield. I was shocked, called Blue Cross who said Upstate Pain Clinic is still a provider. If they did not want me as a patient they could have been honest. I would have respected that. Blue Cross Customer service called them today, agent was told they would have to speak to "the office manager" and they did not know when they would be in and never offered voice mail. Beware
