I've purchased a bracelet and an engagement ring here for my fiance at separate times. Both times the associates were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I never felt rushed and I was never pushed to buy anything outside my price range. It was obvious that they cared more about my experience than they were about making the sale and they were willing to cater to my every need! They listened intently and even encouraged me to shop around to find the best ring! Fortunately they had the perfect ring right there in the store. My expectations as a customer have been exceeded every time I've gone to the Triangle Town Center store. When we go to buy the wedding bands, we will definitely be buying from Reeds!

Reeds Jewelers has a wonderful staff. The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. The quality and the craftsmanship was outstanding. 
I love online shopping and have been struggling to find a Mother’s ring. I went to the store and was amazed at the different jewelry. But what I loved the most was I could see the jewelry and the different gems. Try the pieces on. The staff helped me find the perfect stackable Mother’s ring with my children’s birthstone. What made it extra special was they added my mom’s birthstone as I was a teenager when she past.
They helped me with a piece and gave it a lasting memory. Thank you to all the work from Reeds Jewelers staff. I will definitely recommend the store to my family and friends.

After spending time at other stores, Reeds at Triangle Town Center was such a blessing.  I was immediately greeted in the most genuine of ways by Marie who later introduced me to Greg and Melissa.  I did not feel pressured, but rather, welcomed in every way with no contingencies.  In making my decision, I went back to the store over one month later, and not only did Marie and Greg remember my name, but they met with me like a friend.  I have experienced nothing but 'second mile service' here (beyond the extra mile for sure), and will continue to recommend this store and the associates here to everyone.  Great experience, and I am beyond thankful!

I had a great experience at this Reeds! Greg Vaughn was incredible to work with! He kept working with me until I was completely satisfied with my wedding band! Definitely recommend this place (and Greg)!

My wife and I bought rings here with Karen. We had a wonderful experience and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend anyone looking for excellent service 👍
