Not a fan of the customer service at this location. Other locations are very personable and warm and get to know you. This place no one even introduced themselves to me. Also the woman who helped me wore my expensive ring around the store and never once used a counter pad. I don't think that's part of the elegant image Jared is supposed to emulate.

Also, when I brought my ring in, the associate told me the gemstone was not loose when I can actually see it rocking back and forth with my bare eyes. No scope needed. Well, I just got it back from the repair shop, and it's still loose. Haha, wow

Bought and customized an engagement ring. I went to three other major jewelers and my experience at Jared exceeded all expectations -- best prices, best quality, and best customer service. Ask for Ody. Ody listens to understand, not just to respond. He's kind, informative, and the perfect blend of personal and professional. I am very particular and Ody (and Sandy!) went above and beyond to make sure my experience was everything I could have asked for and more. Exceptionally grateful! Thanks, Ody and Sandy!

It's a chain jewelry store,  so you will be fine if your expectations aren't very high. They have been able to change watch batteries without permanently damaging my watch, unlike the Cary location.

Some of the associate seem like they are too busy to help. My wife asked about getting her ring cleaned which I bought there with a lifetime warranty. The associate had it cleaned but out of obligation and with an attitude. I won't be coming back to this Jared. Will travel extra to go to the Raleigh location.

Going to a jewelry store can be a bit intimidating for a guy. However, I found this place inviting and friendly. I explained what I was looking for, and the staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
