Staff is excellent, always friendly and willing to work with us to find the perfect piece for any occasion. My husband and I have been customers since moving to Henderson and have always received the best customer service and extremely competitive prices. This place is an absolute must if you're looking for something special or just need an adjustment to a favorite piece.

Ann Pernell at Saslow's Jewelers is such an incredible Manager. She provides the most excellent customer service, expert jewelry repair and sales, and is such a pleasure to do business with. She is the reason I shop at Saslow's, and I always look forward to seeing her.

Allen was a very pleasant person to work with! I took my necklace in thinking it would cost and Allen fixed it with no charge!! Great person and very great customer service!! Every time I go into Saslow's Jeweler I feel like I've been knowing them forever! Very positive atmosphere!!!!

Walking into a jewelry store to get sized for a wedding band should be a very happy and welcoming and exciting experience. I was very hurt, as was my partner, when the people at this location continually called her 'he/him'- we were very confused. I was constantly saying 'she/her' and they were blatantly ignoring it and more than that, they were still saying the wrong pronoun. This is a small town but this is the first time we have felt so out of place and looked down on for our sexuality. I hope that they see this review and make an effort to make others feel more welcomed next time. Having said that, they have awesome products and a great selection. The jewelry store itself was amazing and beautiful and had that not happened we would have been back.

The service that I received at Saslows from Allen and Ann was professional and polite. They were very polite and my visit was a good one.
