Came in just to get a cashiers check, and was told that I was eligible for perks and a preferred account. Sat down with Logan, and she was the best! I've never really had a banking experience make much of an impact on my day, but I walked out thinking that this was hands down the best experience I've had at any bank! Thanks to the ladies who helped me out today, I appreciate y'all!

Worst bank ever, terrible service, rude staff, manger is a real piece of sh**. How can you be a manager but can’t do something simple as putting a work check (from Wells Fargo) in an account and not make it available until Friday when it’s thursday... for this reason alone I will close my account, never had this issue before at any other location... been a customer for over 3 years.... why have management if they can’t over ride anything....

It used to be very helpful & friendly but my last visit wasn't the greatest experience. It was close to closing so I assume that was her problem.

Not to keen on this particular company. I realize it's policy and the staff have to ask, but my brother in law was closing an account due to problems he was having, while he was in line in process of closing, someone came up to my wife who was with him and tried to get her to open a new account. They had to be told 3 times to go away.
