I had a problem with another branch of the same bank and was not given truthful answers and lied to by the branch manager. The branch manager here/ V.P. at this branch was awesome. Ceteria Golden-Sessoms is very helpful and I’m glad I chose this branch to come to fir my problem. She’s great and if the person who pays her reads this, you should give her a raise.

The bank is very easy to get into & the drive thru is great. ATM machine is up front near the front door so you have to get out but very lit up at nite. The president of this branch she is lovely & will help you with anything you need. Please check them out for ALL your banking needs.

Amazing I love it there!! They are so friendly and they get you in and out as quickly and promptly as possible! :) I go there every day!

I use the drive-thru at this branch on a weekly basis and the attitude of the tellers is mediocre on their best day. They must really hate their jobs because they never smile. I've gotten better customer service from an ATM machine.

Joe who works here is awesome. He has always been so helpful to me, and calls me by name when I walk in the door. If any of the other tellers have a question about my account, he is the first one to answer and help. The other people who work here are also friendly and helpful.
