New costumer here. Greeting was friendly. The lady who helped me with my account, not so warm. Dry experience didn't seem welcoming with her. She didn't explain the details of when they take money out savings and you don't get it back. Most important: SAID MY DEBIT CARD WOULD BE 3-5 days. Twenty(20) days later still no card. After i called in the order was placed. Big inconvenience and i hope she didn't forget to do anything else. What kind of bank forgets to send your new costumer mail and card?

(As of 11/6/2017)-no money in either outside ATM. MEANS CANT GET UR CASH IF THEY CLOSED

If your looking for a CREDIT UNION with great rates check them out & compare rates & see the differences . They are great there too. Also close to Sun Trust Bank.

The parking lot is always full with people attending events at the near by raceway. There is usually a long wait. Seems like they need more staff to compensate for the growing business.
