I should have read the reviews before choosing this salon for hair color. If you are thinking about coming to this place PLEASE Don’t. Save your hard earned money and go to a place where they will be friendly and kind. I was dissatisfied with my hair color. I ended up having to color over it because it was so brassy. It was definitely overpriced. At the end it looked like if I had bought bleach and I did it my self at home. Why pay someone to color my hair if I can just do it myself. The lady Rachel at this location is so unprofessional she was talking about other customers behind their back. She didn’t greet me kindly. For the price I paid I would have expected for someone to offer me  a water bottle at least. I had an appointment at 5 but because the gentleman was working on another client I waited for like about an hour and I think that if I would have had a proper client consultation I could have expressed what I really wanted. At the end the gentleman Eric just  did what he wanted and I felt that he was rushed to just finish my hair color.I told him my hair was brassy and he basically forced me into buying some color shampoo. He guaranteed that it would help the brassiness. Yeah the shampoo didn't help at all!!!  It was just an overall bad experience. And at the end I fixed my own hair at home. If you want to have peace in your life and avoid DISAPPOINTMENT don't go here!!! No talent or skills

Went in to see if I could get my 1 year olds hair cut. Was not told the price. I figured it would be decent. I was told to come back in an hour and there was much deliberation as to who wanted to cut his hair. After waiting a little bit they came back and stated a child’s hair cut is 28 dollars. Like really? I think honestly it was the fact that no one wanted to cut his hair. So I’ll will take my business elsewhere due to these rude, self absorbed employees. If you are employed it is your job to provide excellent customer service because that generates more business and more profit but clearly these employees are more interested in clients that will shell out the big bucks.

One star because their is no option for zero stars. 
Abosoluty pathetic staff and management! Mckenize butcher my haircut. Then she talked down at me in front of customer when I tried to explain it. 
The management is no better. 
Horrible customer service!!!!

I went in for New Year's Eve to have my hair curled and ended up going home and washing my hair and doing it myself. I decided to give Regis another chance after getting my hair done in 2014. My normal girl couldn't get me in so I made an appointment here. The guy who did my hair (he had one arm, but I didn't want to be rude and leave) bleached my whole head and ruined my hair. It was green and grey in parts. He also didn't rinse out the bleach all the way. My hair is finally getting healthy again after over two years. So for NYE, I thought surely they can't screw up curls. Wrong. I made an appointment for 3:45, I go in and the girl asks me to wait 15 minutes. I was in a hurry, so they offered someone else to do it. I asked for curly hair with a braid, and she couldn't do they braid so I told her to just do curls. So she curled it and it just wasn't worth the money I paid. Took her about 10 minutes and cost me $30, which was a waste cause I just went home and washed out the curls anyways. 

This place is incredibly overpriced for the quality of people working here. If you're looking for some place that can get you in last minute,  this is it. Just don't expect it to be good quality.
