Came in at 1pm today(3/10/18) to get my son a haircut was the wait was a few minutes. An hour and a half later we have still not been called back. The staff is slow and uncaring. This is the longest I've ever had to wait at a haircut place, had they said it would be an hour and a half plus wait I wouldn't of stayed. In fact I'm still sitting here waiting for my son to get his haircut.

I'm editing this to say that at the two hour mark we got up and left. My son never received a haircut and no one said a word as they watched up stand up and leave. This was an absolute terrible experience and I will never return to this location.

The haircut was exactly as I requested.  Staff were pleasant and listened closely to my needs.  The only confusion I encountered was actually getting there.  I had to call four times before I received accurate directions.  Finally had to talk to a manager to get actual location.

Horrible experience, the guy didn’t know what he is doing, bad finishings, I could’ve done a better job cutting my own hair without looking a the mirror

Don't do well on beards I got tired of him messing it up and fixed it at home.

Change your hours online to reflect your actual operating hours. I drove a long distance because it was advertised you were open later.
