It is cheap for a great location. Smack in the middle of Dewey and rehoboth beach. Would stay again, but you don't get much. It was a great crash place for myself and my girlfriend. Huge rooms, which were clean. Beds were not the greatest, but again... you can't beat the price when we stayed in august.

Skip this one. Their has to be better hotels in the area. You have pay a little more in this area to avoid a budget motel. We stayed in Sept 2017, trying to save money and with a dog. I sat on the edge of the bed and the other end rose up about a foot. Beds are hard and low to the floor. There was hair in the tub drain and no drain stopper. The front door felt flimsy like it would not stand up to an intruder. Not well lit at night on the property and seemed a bit shady, didn't feel safe to let my wife step out by herself.

Do not fool on the fake reviews! I payed for this motel $200 per night and according to price and pictures and reviews all together arrived with good feelings to stay here and enjoy! Instead ..... When I came to the room first surprise it was horrible dirty and old carpet that I even was afraid to take my shoes off. Second one drow in the dresser was nailed that you can not open it. The sink was completely cracked and coffee maker broken and all this beauty for $ 200 per night. But staff I will give them a credit, very friendly and helpful.

This place is a TOTAL DUMP! Sight unseen, I made a last-minute reservation online based on the fact that they accepted pets - once there, I stayed for 30 minutes; I left primarily because the room REEKED of stale cigarette smoke and something in there was causing my asthma to flair - afterwards, I tried to contact the property manager REPEATEDLY to see if I could get some sort of a refund and never got so much as a call back. Nasty, poorly-lit interior, dirty smelly carpet, cheap bedspread, sketchy location - there were 3 empty cop cars parked in the lot to discourage the by-the-hour types and other lowlifes. Avoid this place at all costs!

Visited a friend here. Nice motel, has a pool and other nice amenities. Seemed clean and well maintained, however I am unsure of the cost.
