Wonderful beach - great picnic areas at both beaches! There are changing rooms and restrooms as well. We stopped at a little shop about three miles north on Seguinland road ( I tried to search it on maps but it isn't there) that has gourmet foods, drinks, pastries and took them to Reid - overall perfect day. But... watch out for seagulls. They weren't too brave but if you leave your food out and walk down the beach they may try to get at it.

Beautiful place! Nice beaches! Nice waves! January 15, and only one other person there. Very cold and windy though! Had to dress for it...

Love this park. In season, bring your Deet, it's very buggy. In the off season, there's limited facilities, but there are pit toilets available, which is more than many places in the winter. Summer gives you the choice of two parking lots, both with picnic facilities, and the beach is popular for both swimmers and surfers.

Nice ocean Beach for the family, just remember to bring bug spray no matter the season the bugs are thick and have a huge bite!
