We purchased a chair at Relax the Back for the service and it has been very disappointing. When we went in to purchase the chair, we were the only ones in the store. The manager received a call while we were there, accepted it and spent 20 minutes arguing with another customer while we stood there. Then the delivery person who was supposed to set up the chair only brought part of the order and missed his window by 27 minutes  so he had three minutes to adjust the chair. The chair is adjusted so poorly, I went back to sitting in a hard dining room chair.

Very friendly and helpful. The staff really know their stuff. Would recommend them to anyone with back problems.

I was curious if their chairs were as good as advertised.  I purchased an office chair that assists me in sitting properly at my desk.  Task chair is comfortable and has saved me from the constant lower back pain that happens when I inadvertently slouch.  Well worth the investment.  
James was very helpful finding the best chair to fit my needs.  Thanks, James!
