Very disappointing. Even though we reserved weeks in advance, the first room we had was on the third floor and the elevator was broken the whole time we were there. The room smelled musty, there were ants on the bathroom counter and by the time I finished my shower I was ankle-deep in water from a slow drain. We got a new room the next day, but it also smelled musty. There were ants on the wall in the dining area, which made me question the cleanliness. Even though we told the staff of the issues, we got nothing to compensate us for our troubles. For the price we paid, we expected better. We hadn't been on a vacation in years and this was not a good part of the trip. We are very disappointed and suggest avoiding this place.

I had a family emergency and my boyfriend and I needed to book a room immediately that night. Due to the fact that i have other traviling family having a room here, i decided to get one here as well. We got a spacious one bed room with a shower/bath (tub is a regular size home tub? And a chair, desk/office chair, 2 night stands and the tv on the dresser. The lady at the front desk was really sweet. She seemed busy when we came in but she was smiling and happy to help. Thank you for the one night stay. It was only $93. There is a pool outside but i personally never used it. Thank you again(:

Overall great experience.  The staff is very friendly, helpful.  Made you feel welcome and never like an inconvenience.  Front desk took the time at check in to print me a map for a Max stop when I had questions about the best one to use. 

I was disappointed when I checked in to our Queen 1 bedroom suite to find there was no door separating the living area and bedroom even though one is shown on the virtual tour.  I wasn't sure sure if I remembered correctly from when I booked the room  to when we checked in that there was one shown, therefore I didn't mention it to the staff.  I have since looked again at the virtual tour and it shows one.

A suggestion I would like to make it add highchair(s) to the breakfast area.  Not having one made breakfast with a 1 1/2 year old interesting.  She did not like having to sit on a lap when she's used to having her own place at the table.

Pretty good value, in fact excellent for the price I thought. The hot breakfast was great.  Small outdoor pool which in the warm months was sufficient to enjoy with children.  Great selection of channels for the cable TV.  The exercise room was there but limited and the treadmill was sticky which could have resulted in an injury.  The ice machine was out of order.  As far as looks go it doesn't compare to some of the more luxurious places but overall I thought it was a better value especially considering all the amenities.  It's along the train line though so you'll need to make sure your windows are shut at night or it'll wake you up unless you sleep like a rock.  I felt like Joe Pesci in my cousin Vinny. In fairness though, I think I recall having had the same problem with the train and the noise when I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott across town. For the price it was very good.

Great front desk service.  Rooms were good but one night I saw some ants hiding in the lamp thus minus 1 star.  I'd still come back if they have rooms under $110 but if more I might try some place else even though this place is closest to my destination.
