Made this reservation by telephone. Asked for a 6 close to Interstate 5 and south of Portland. Was directed to Beaverton. It was dark, cold and rainy. We passed 3 Motel 6 units along the freeway south of Portland but didn't see them in time as it was dark, cold and raining and we were locked into navigating to Beaverton so was over in the fast lane on a very congested freeway with big trucks blocking our ability to see and maneuver. Why were we directed to Beaverton by your central agent?? It was way out of our way. It was as clean as they could get an old, old unit but we avoided taking showers as we saw mold in the failed caulk around the enclosure. The heater rattled all night long making sleep difficult. We departed at 5am so we could get out of there. Never to return. We have used 6 in the past. The units were clean and basic. Our dog was comfortable. We should have rejected this unit but we were tired, cold and needed to crash. Bad experience!

Room was awful for the price. Bathroom door had pieces missing from it and cigarette burns every where. Smelt awful. Front desk clerk was very rude. After checking in I found bugs in the room. I asked for a refund and was cussed at. Will report to the BBB. If you have any decency at all about yourself do not stay there.

By far the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. 
Mold along the top of the bathtub. 
Poor selection of tv channels. 
Poor picture quality for cable tv. 
You could find a better mattress discarded on the side of a road. 
Shoddy workmanship of your remodel. 
Way overpriced for such a pathetic establishment.

Stayed at the Beaverton Motel 6 twice; both times I had a very similar experience. Front desk staff was always very helpful and accommodating, if I had any troubles I could expect them to be able to fix it to the best of their abilities. The rooms were just OK, clean enough to be able to comfortably lay my head down and take a shower, but still I found that the TV was usually smudged, and the refrigerator leaked condensation on the floor. Nothing a towel never fixed haha. Overall a pleasant stay, the rooms weren’t anything to well-and-truly complain about, just little quirks you would expect from an inexpensive motel. Definitely planning on staying here again!

I wouldn't come here to this specific location ever again. And I normally favor Motel 6 as a chain.

After finding a live grasshopper in the room, notwithstanding the fact that the room itself was missing amenities that were ordered (a mini fridge and a microwave), and was missing extra shower supplies (that were requested by phone with the call center customer service agent), I was needless to say unhappy about the quality of service with this location.

A huge piece of credit goes to Stephanie, the evening shift worker, who did her best to rectify the situation.

What makes this place a dumpster fire in my opinion is the general manager's (Smital Patel) unwillingness to fully remedy the problem as requested, which included a partial refund.

Motel 6 corporate office will be getting a phone call from me regarding this visit.

Disgraceful.
