The guys in this location are some of the best employees I've ever been helped by at ANY RentACenter. It's been almost a year since I've rented anything through RAC, and it was my first time coming to this location in particular. 

I definitely was one of those customers that anyone who works retail hates; I showed up 20 minutes before closing and needed extra help reapplying for a new appliance because I couldn't leave without a laptop (college homework ).

They all stayed a half hour late just to make sure I was taken care of, and most of all - didn't make me feel like a bother for being a last minute shopper. They all had a smile on and incredibly professional attitudes. 

I seriously recommend stopping by this place if you have any rent-to-own needs. You'll leave with what you're looking for, but more importantly you'll leave with a huge smile on and feeling like a valued customer.

Absolutely unacceptable!!! I went in and got a bed and paid the down payment and they told me to come in and make another payment when i get paid in 2 weeks (which I did) and then after that my payment would be due every 21st of the month every month and now theyre saying its every 2 weeks. So now I have to return the bed for theyre miscommunication and neglegence. I will NEVER shop here again and advise anyone else BUYER BEWARE!

I was nuts to think it was a good idea. My experience went in. Paid the down payment. They didn't deliver it until 3 days later . Which was ok, but then the dryer was broken so they picked it up and said they will be back tomorrow. But then the washer starts smoking!!!!! Disappointed I'm on my way to get my money back
