We really needed a couch and found one we really liked. They made the process easy and were on time for the delivery. And even tho we got a small couch they still had to take our freakin door off to get it in and boy that door did not want to come off The two who came to deliver were awesome and did a great job. We are very appreciative of their hard work, it was definitely not an easy delivery but they were professional and got the job done despite the challenge presented by this old Vermont house with small doors and ridiculously cramped hallways. Thank you!!
St Albans management is rude. Finishing paying off what I got and going to aarons. Least I won't have to deal with a run around .

Was great the staff was very polite and helpful… they did a great job.
Real Customer here. prices are a bit high, but great service. if you can't pay that week, you can call and work it out with them. the only way to get bad service from these guys is not to pay. and to be out of contact with them. wish they had some higher end computers. but needed a computer quickly, and didn't have the credit or cash, and it's working out fine. thanks.
Great place really. will has helped me out alot when I first started here had a few hard weeks when I coudlent afford the payment an he worked with me tile I got back on my feet! Now I'm a long term customer an dont have to worry anymore. Prices are a bit high but over all that's what you get when your dumb an young with a credit carsld!!
Not even worth a 1 star the way you harass and stock customers! Not me, but personal friends of mine! Very rude and unprofessional!! Calling home or cell is one thing, but relatives, work and even daycare?? Seriously? They made their payments!! Not to mention people at all hours showing up!!
William Nesbitt manager of the st albans rent a center opened up a civil lawsuit. Defamation of character. Especially with being diagnosed with autism it really hurt.
