Nice layout with many fitting rooms. Easy to get in and out in under half an hour. The trick is to sign up for a fitting room once you walk in and then proceed to browse the racks. That way, your room is ready once you get your items picked out. They obviously have a more limited stock and sizing availability than online, but its great if you are unlimited customer and want to rent something immediately without waiting for shipping. Who doesnt want instant gratification?

One of the sizes I ordered in advance turned out to not be available, I was told this the day before my event. It may have been returned late or dirty by the previous client, something beyond their control. They would send a replacement. I didn't like the replacement at all, I guess they had to make a choice in the moment before the shipment went out from their warehouse in Secaucus. I ended up choosing a gown from their flagship store on 14th St. where I went to pick up my order. Of course their options there are limited, since they have to offer pieces for a large variety of styles and events. So the dress I picked, it was just settling for the best they had. So the whole thing just took more time and effort, and stress, which i had purposely hoped to avoid. Cause I could have spent the same time to buy a dress myself in a store 2 weeks in advance. I chose them to avoid this, and although perhaps not their fault, I ended up still having to scramble, spend money on a dress I don't even get to keep. So this as a first experience was not ideal for me. Their service is not a promise of actually avoiding the stress. I'm not saying I won't go back to them, but certainly not for a while, and not for pieces for very important events.

Just left with a jumpsuit and had a great experience just like the first time. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. I trust in everyone who works here, they listen and deliver greatness. You just have to be patient, you aren't the only customer they are assisting so everyone needs to chill and take that into consideration instead of complaining.

I used to love Rent the Runway, but I recently found out they discontinued carrying extra long dresses. Part of the reason why I used their be service was to properly fitting floor length dresses with heels. While I do realize there was probably a business reason to kill the evening extra long dress lines, I'm disappointed that now I will only be able to find dresses appropriate for cocktail parties and have to go elsewhere for formal events.

They need more fitting rooms but that's my only complaint, this place is a great concept and I'm glad they're having success, we outfitted 5 bridesmaids for under $500.
