I think the hotel is being remodeled or else the review might have been a 3 and not a 4. 1. rooms were nice and updated but the AC control was OLD. I had to keep adjusting it because it could never get the temperature just right. 2. AC at the end of the day started leaking water into the room and soaked the carpet. Reported this to the staff. 3. No AC in common areas. Hallways were hot! 4. Pool was perfect for younger kids learning to swim but there were cracks in the pool wall and what felt like concrete crumbs at the bottom of the 5ft. Pool was open before 0800 so that was a plus, but nota good pool for fitness. 5. Breakfast was good. 6. As a gold status member I didn't feel there was many perks that i have received from almost every Marriott I have stayed. 7. Great location from the main strip but far enough to not deal with traffic. 8. Staff was nice and I enjoyed talking to the breakfast lady.

I would give it five stars but: 1. It was in a remodel and parking was used by the storage units and the workers. 2. There are perks for being a Sliver Life rewards, none given and had to ask about it then was told person over that it was their day off. 3. Last but final, were is service, had a problem with people playing basketball at 8 am and again after 11:30 pm. I asked the front desk what time are the court hours was told 10 am to 10:30 pm, I went on to explain the problem and was told not on my shift, and no one was playing Basketball in the morning. To the desk that is why i was asking because someone was playing again this morning, not on their shift no one could have done it. Then they went on to say they must had their own ball. I left it alone from this point, why because the night before the ball was over by the netting, after 12 am at night. FYI great place to stay and the remodel is great looking, but the inner rooms are for kids not those who want to sleep in.

The room wasn't ready when I got there after 3:30 and it was supposed to be ready by 3. Also, I had paid for a romance package that apparently is setup by some other company instead of doing these in house, so no one knew anything about it because the third party person was off that day. The room was really nice, but the staff could really use help with cleaning the rooms when they are busy. They could use a little training with how to deal with unexpected delays and situations. Even with the delays and scattered staff, the room was really nice and we enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is currently under renovation. We were able to stay in a room that was recently updated and the updates were very nice. The rooms are now very contemporary and the bed was very comfortable. I was very surprised as to how quiet the rooms were as well. The one and only downside to the hotel was the breakfast which I was very disappointed in. The options were very limited and they seemed like they were having a hard time keeping up with all the guests, other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

First off, let me start by saying yes they were undergoing some renovations, and the ac in the halls and lobby weren't working, so that wasn't great. My room was amazing though, would definately stay there again. However, the new shower stall design is bizarre. Only about 40% of the opening is covered by a glass wall and the rest is just own. Allowing tons of water to splash, drip, leak onto the floor. Water was puddling almost 5 feet outside the shower. Someone is going to do the same thing and slip and bust their head open.
